How long are we supposed to apply neosporin type cream?

Depends on the surgeon....they all have their own protocol so you need to ask your surgeon, but for me I had to do it for 3 or 4 weeks after my TT and then went to Vitamin 4. After my breast reduction in Nov 2008 (a different surgeon) I did the neosporin for about 1 week and then moved to scar cream.
I used mine for about 3 weeks until all incisions were closed and crusty scabs gone.
