Silicone or saline implants- what sold you on your choice?

I chose Mentor "gummy bear" silicone implants. They won't leak the way a traditional silicone implant might...they are a cohesive, or somewhat solidified silicone.

I really didn't find anything to like about saline, other than the fact they are filled with saline. I haven't found saline implants to look or feel natural...and that is a quality I think breasts should have.

I have mentor silicone implants.  my skin chose them.  I had very little breast tissue and the saline would have shown ripples in my skin.  I didn't think that would be very attractive lol.  I am happy with my silicone boobies, they will not leak into my body.  Also, I heard that the shell on saline implants is made with silicone.
