Upper Body Lift

I would like to know if there is such a thing as upper body lift?

I had a panni removal done in 2005. The PS did not tell me that I could upgrade and pay for a full tummy tuck, so I had a huge muffin top and back rolls. He did do a little lipo on the muffin top and it created a hard spot inside. HArd to explain what it is, but maybe fatty pocket.

I wanted to know if my insurance would possibly cover an upper body lift or revision of some sort to address the muffin top and back rolls.

ANy help would be appreciated.

I have Keystone Health Plan East under BCBS.

Also where can I find CPT codes

There will be no CPT codes for it, but probably the 158xx series for each of the separate areas (arms, chest, breast) may be used.

Thank you for responding.

Would an UBL typically be covered with insurance?

My insurance stated that they needed the CPT codes, so I can see if it would be covered.

What are the 158xx series for each area?

Arms
Chest
Breast

Thanks in advance

The pics I saw on your page is what I need corrected.

In cases where there is skin infection or breakdown, you may have a chance of coverage if you have had frequent doctor visits for the problem.  Otherwise it's pretty "iffy."

Check the "Patient Resources" section of my website for tips on insurance approval.

Thank you very much.

Where can I find a list of codes for the procedures that I need done, so that I can contact my insurance company to see if they are covered under "medical necessity"?

I printed the pages on insurance approval. Thanks
