What did you wear???
I wore tshirt type gowns around the house and wore casual type dresses for my first couple of dr's appointments. It was so much easier than having to worry about bending over and pulling pants up and down. I probably did this the first week or 2. I also had bought some fuzzy zip up robes too. Of course I had my surgery during the summer so I didn't have to worry about the cold weather.
I had an achor TT and I really understand about the cold!
When I was at home, I wore a fleece nightgown with a blanket over my legs and wool socks. But, if I was active, then I wore yoga pants. These were so much better for me than sweats because the elastic waist did bother me. But, I think it might have been more mental because the binder really does protect you from anything like that. However, I will say that I was swollen and with the yoga pants, it didn't create a "waist cut". I wore these yoga pants whenever I went out as well. They were wonderful!

Hey Jody!! WOOO HOOO!! I cant belive it is coming so soon!! Funny about the pants...I am sitting here in a 1X shirt which is falling off and I flashed my hubby when I bent down to pick up the toys off the floor!! Time to embrace our smaller selves!! I wore sweats (drawstring in a medium instead of a small) and some comfy PJ's for a few days. I preferred the pants because they were just cozier. I am so excited for you! I had my 1 month follow up today! I am so happy with my results. I will post new pics soon. Blessings to you!
Thanks everyone! I went back to Target and traded out the 2 pair of Large sweat pants for 1 pair of Mediums. I have some fleece bottoms that I wear now and those should work too.
I've also got some very large sweatshirts (from pre-op days) that I can wear, but I kind of like the button up shirt idea. I'll have to see what I can find.
Honestly I would prefer to just wear house dresses... but...
