Typically, how long until your wounds are completely healed from a lbl? Not scars, just the skin adhearing?

It didn't take very long for the skin to adhere. In my good healing areas, mine looked pretty scab free after 4 weeks, may  have been a bit sooner. By 5 weeks, looked really good. I didn't have any lipo, not sure if that would make a difference.

Like Bev, it didn't take too long at all.  The only problem spots were where the drains were.  I had 4 drains for the LBL.  You do have to NOT sit for a week so that the skin would not come apart.  Try this:  Stand up, grab part of the fat on your back, while holding on try sitting down.  See how it pulls - that's why you need to be careful about sitting at first.
