Pre Op thigh picture
I posted a pre op thigh picture in my profile.. As you can see the cellulite and loose skin is all the way to my knees as well as extra skin on the calves. Will a mini TL even help with this or do I need to go for the full TL??? What if I combine a LBL and mini TL? I really want this resolved with my first surgery, I can't imagine going through this twice.

Tried to go to your profile but it would not open for me.
My experience revealed that with ALOT of excess skin on the outside a LBL is needed to help address the outer thigh and depending on how much excess skin a mini TL will only address the upper third or so of your inner thighs.
But keep in mind that there are several factors that will effect the outcome of surgery. My skin and fat go to my ankles The elasticity of your skin, your health, exercise and such as they are your genes, how your body heals itself and the skill of the surgeon all play a part. And even with a full thigh lift depending on the severity of your thighs although you can get good results they will probably not be totally 'fat free' if you have ALOT of fat and skin that has been stretched.

I couldn't access your profile either. If you have a lot of loose skin to your knees and beyond I really don't think the mini lift will address those issues. I had an inner thigh lift and my incisions don't go all the way to my knee but if it hadn't been done the way it was, I would have been left unhappy. I have some pictures on my profile.
Like it was mentioned above, the mini lift only addresses the top third of the thigh. From what I have read in my research and from many of the posts made here the LBL helps in the outer thigh skin but not so much on the inner thigh.

I also could not open your pictures. I had a LBL and an upper thigh lift. all I really needed lifted on my thighs was the top part close to the groin where it looked like I had a second butt. It worked beautifully. I won't be embarassed to wear a bathing suit now without shorts. Just a heads up, the thigh lift is very uncomfortable, much more so than the LBL itself.
