Cicumferential lower body lift scheduled Feb. 12th--need advice
I am a year out and cannot get enough protein in without bars and shakes. I would stock up on the nasty protein bullets. They are gross but the protein will help you help. Also do you take B12? They have sublinguals at GNC that are really helpful. I can tell when I can't take them. What about tuna? A can of tuna has about 25 g of protein. I do eat cottage cheese and my 5 ounce containers have about 12. So if I eat a protein bar for breaksfast and fish for lunch (I don't like beef and don't like chicken much - I have a hard time getting it down), then I eat a protein snack in the afternoon (nuts or greek yogurt or cheese) some protein for dinner and then a protein bar or shake for an evening snack. That's about 70ish. The bare minimum and when I work out I drink a protein shake that has 25.
