Day 3 post op and still at the clinic

I had my surgery on the 26th and everything went well.  I had liposuction, BL/BA, medial thigh lift fat injections to my bootie and a tummy tuck.   I was feeling great after surgery and would have posted then but the gentleman that had the wireless password was off over the weekend.  One of my drains fell out on day 2 and this morning under local anesthesia Dr Sauceda replaced it.   He wants me to stay at the clinic one more day before sending me to the hotel.  The first day was painless and I thought that I had gotten lucky.  Dr Sauceda came in and said it was still from the effects of the epidural medication.  Yesterday my J.Lo bootie and my breasts were a little sore but nothing I couldn't handle.  I got to take a look at my body yesterday before my bath and althought there is a big improvement to my tummy I still have an area of fat above my belly button.  I don't know if maybe he should of done the vertical scar as well or if it's just swelling.  My breasts look bigger than what I wanted so I'm hoping that it is swelling and will go down with time.   Dr Sauceda did remove about four liters of fat during liposuction and about 3 lbs of skin....I can't wait to be at the hotel and to see what I will look like in a couple of months.  Thanks for reading.....

YaYa,

Good to hear from you.  Rest up.  What type of incision did you have for your BL/BA --- keyhole type cut.  I'm trying for just the areola but not positive it'll work out.  Take care, Happy New Year.

it's  just the areola...they seem a little low to me like maybe they should be higher but I'm hoping it's just the swelling....

Take care and wishing you the best with your recovery.  My drain tube got caught on my vanity cabinet handles and pulled out about 4 inches.  I ended up pulling it on out myself and it has been fine.  That was on Day 10.

we still don't know how the drain came out...I never felt it pulling.  Because it was the day after surgery he had to replace it.   It was actually quick and easy thanks to some slight sedation.  How are you feeling?  Almost normal I hope.

Hey Yaya! I was thinking about you! Glad all went well. It seems like you had everything I did! Your booty and back of thighs will be really sore once the numbness from epideral is completely worn off. ..just be warned :-) My ta-ta's seemed big at first too but it had to do with swelling. Mine went down some but not a whole lot and they grew on me :-). With just the donut style they will be lower but they will actually look more natural in time. I noticed that when I first saw mine too. I love mine now but I do have a couple spitting stitches so have to do wound care cause I have an opened spot on my right one. Keep us posted and we want to see pics when you are up to it! Take care.

haha...I know it...I though I was the only one not having pain....It's not really painful just extremely sore...I think If I wouldn't have done the fat grafting I'd feel so much better.  It's funny because it was really hard to pick the breast size and I told him that I wanted Tammy size.  Just yesterday when I looked at myself I though I still looked fat but I can't believe howmuch difference one day has made.  I will keep you all updated.....thanks all for the well wishes!
