staples vs hand stitching
hand stitched with sutures that are not visible on the outside and glue applied on top of that. No sutures to be removed, and very thin suture lines. I did have my incisions spread wider on my thighs, probably due to the tension. We are discussing revising those, but due to the amount of complicaitons I've had with PS, both my surgeon and I are a llittle leary of doing that. It is on the "future" list, but we will see.

All internal stitches and steri-strips except for my arms....they had a combo of internal stitches, a few stapes and glue along the whole incision line.
On my LBL and my MTL, it was all inside.
My arms were all internal.. but I believe I recall with my BL/BA there might have initially been either a staple or external stitch or two where three parts came together.. I had a keyhole incision but also a cut underneath that ran from the inside bottom of each breast outward then up along my side and met my brachioplasty incisions as they came down through my armpit onto my side. The staple or stitches I remember were where the bottom of the keyhole came together under each breast and met the incision running underneath.
