Thanks for sharing.!
I'm kind of excited to discuss options with the surgeon.

I had a breast lift and the surgeon used my own tissue to sculpt my new breasts.  I am not sure if that could be considered auto-augmentation or simply a good lift.  I am very, very pleased with my results. My surgeon does not like to do augmentation and lifts at the same time.  So I had my lift and he said that if I thought I needed augmentation later we could always add the implants.  But -- I love my girls.  I think they look pretty good.  No, they are not huge but they are a full C or so.  And there are no wrinkles anywhere on them.

Just a bit of info- the new generation of silicone do not "leak" into the body like the old ones.  There is a good video on justbreastimplants.com that shows a surgeon cutting an old style silicone and a new style.  Good luck with whatever you choose!

I have a patient who had the exact same problem and is having implants to fill them back up.  You can literally see ribs now, its sort of like a pancake sitting on her chest wall.  You may want to check on the newer silicone implants, since they don't need revision as soon.
Good luck!
