Two week followup.

Have I mentioned that I love my PS and his nurse??? If not, I do!!

I went in today for my 2 week follow up appointment. I still have some blood pooled above my TT incision. He tried to aspirate it, but I guess it isn't liquefied enough to get out with the needle. I'll be going back in next Tuesday for another attempt at aspiration. If that doesn't work, then he will have to open up a small portion of the incision and suck out the blood/clot/hematoma. The worst part of that will be that he will have to put a drain in again if this happens, ugh!

I got the stitches out of my belly button too, and it really looks great!

Oh well, the price we pay for a nice flat belly

I hope you do not have to have another drain. I know I do not like them. I keep thinking how its gonna feel to pull it out.  If the worst happens I hope its such a tiny incision you won't need the drain.
TT is next for me so Thanks for posting about yours.

I hope you won't need more drains--but the final results will be worth whatever needs to be done.  I bet your belly button looks good with the stitches out now.
