Teeth--Good day!
This vaguely applies to plastic surgery. By profession I am a dentist. I have been doing a lot of cosmetic work recently with phenomenal results. I had three patients today with complete smile makeovers (all teeth in the esthetic zone crowned with zirconia porcelain). One of the ladies had RNY five years ago and managed to lose nearly 100lbs and has perhaps the most "buff" physique I have ever seen on a 50ish woman. The only area of her body that bothered her after weight loss was her smile, her teeth had really worn from acid reflux and before her weight loss her unattractive smile was just another on her list of things about herself she didn't like.
To make a long story short, it was a wonderful feeling to change her appearance so dramatically and give her a beautiful smile and confidence. When she left my office today it was easy to remember why I chose this profession and I felt great (so did she). Very happy to help one of my fellow WLS sisters complete her journey!
Just had to share this with somebody, and this seemed like the place to do it!

P.S. Gonna figure out photos on this thing one day and will post some pics
