I had an LBL and a BL/BR with auto augmentation.
The LBL was worst - two weeks recovery vs 5 days with the breasts.

All of my breast stuff (reductiion and lift) was completely pain free.....piece of cake. I could return to work after the weekend if I needed to. You cannot lift anything heavy or run for a few weeks but it was a very easy recovery.
My Tummy Tuck (Anchor cut w/ MR) was also pretty easy but I did need some help getting up and down and showering for the first few days. After that I was up and going, going, going. You have to be very careful not to pull the stomach muscles so you have to be careful for at least 2-3 months but during that time you sure can do your daily stuff. I was up doing all the house chores, cooking, cleaning, etc at day 6 or 7 after my TT.
I just had the LBL (Butt Lift w/augmentation and Outer Thigh lipo and lift). Now this has been the most challenging for me. The first 2 days are a blurr....all I remember is pain and not being able o get comfortable. Right now I'm only taking meds 2 x a day and it is manageable (the pain level). I suspect by Saturday I'll be off the prescription pain killers and just on Aleve when needed. Well I hope so anyway. We'll see after I go to the surgeon tomorrow....
Best wishes on your journey....

TT & hysterectomy was ok
inner thigh lift back & Butt, - inner thigh was the worst took about 5 days for me to be comfortable, back & butt no problem at all
Brachioplasty & Bleph & Lipo was the easiest next day I was fine and didn't need any help I stayed home alone, I was done on a Monday & that night I felt so bad I called my friend to come stay with me on Tuesday so my DH could go to work and then on Tuesday Morning I called her & said I felt good

LBL, Brachio & BA/BL were all pieces of cake. The medial thigh lift by far was the worst in terms of pain. I was off work for 4 weeks for my LBL but still felt OK, just very tired. Was back to work 10 days after my MTL but the first week was absolutely the worst pain I've felt. Was on pain meds the entire time and the side effects of that lasted for a couple of weeks which just made it all the worse.
