No one likes scars. There's a few things that are important to consider when having this surgery.
First, if you don't have the surgery, you have large, flabby arms and you must either show them that way or hide them under clothing.
Second, if you have the surgery, it's important during your consult to know exactly where that surgeon will be placing your scars - there's an area, that when you hold your arms up in a cross position that the scars are facing downward and that's the position where they are least noticeable.
Third, lots of people, myself included, have revisions to brachioplasty. It's hard to get it right on the first try. Make sure you cover this with your surgeon in advance of surgery.
Finally, after the surgery if the scar is noticeable but the de-bulking is successful, what have you lost? If you don't want the scar to show, then you cover it with clothing (just like you would if you didn't have the surgery). If the scar is okay, then it's a win-win situation - you're in short or sleeveless clothing and your guns look good and everything works out.

Thanks SOOO much for the feedback...It def helps...I wear my arms out regardless if they are big and probably would do the same if I did not like the scar but I am the type of person that something does not bother me if I do not see it.
BTW: You arms and tummy look AMAZING, as well as everything else.
