Hi,
Yes for me I knew I wanted a reduction. I had been a D when I weighed 130 lbs in my 20's and then went up to a DDD as I gained all my weight.......so I asked the surgeon to reduce me to "C". It's always a very personal decision and for me I knew I didn't want to be real big on top anymore. Last year (Nov 2008) I had a reduction and lift and ended up a nice full "C" and was 1000% happy with my decision and the results!!.
About 3 months ago I had another Lift done because as I continued to loss another 45-50 lbs to reach my goal my new boobs got a little droopy so I thought I would lift them while going in for the full TT. The new surgeon sure did lift them but I think I've lost some volume which I wasn't expecting but I guess it makes sense.....so now I think I will be in a B cup once everything settles down but I don't know for sure yet.
Lessons learned.....
I should have left things that are well enough alone.....but I'm not overly unhappy.
I wish I had not rushed into getting the breast reduction done until after I had reached my goal or was at least within 10-15 lbs of goal. That is why I waited till I was at goal and done before I started the rest of my plastics.
Best wishes to you!!!

I can tell you that I have not had one moment of back and shoulder pain since having the reduction. Best thing I ever did!
Hi, I am having this procedure done tomorrow so I'll let you know what I think. Right now I am a 36G although I don't think I look necessarily bad in clothes- I'm just a 36LONG. I'm very concerned about being too small when all is said and done. Insurance is paying for it so I have to have around 400 gr taken out of each breast. The Dr thinks I will be a large C when all is said and done. If I'm not happy with them, then I will have implants put in when I go see Dr S sometime in April or May.
Good luck tomorrow!!
TT, BL/BA, Lipo, FG/Booty, and small TLcompleted with DR Sauceda
