I'm so afraid I'll end up with big fake looking pontoons
He also likes to do over the muscle cause he feels like it gives a more natural look, but I don't like seeing the edges of the implants. When I see that perfect round edge I know they're fake.
i read about the possibility of doing fat grafting around the implants to soften the edges, anyone else here of this?
what to do, what to do...

I didn't have a lot of tissue left, and I don't think I can feel the edge of my implants, and theiy're above the muscle. They are kind of round, but they don't look they were glued on, like *****r stripper boobs, they've got natural drop if that makes any sense. Everyone likes something different though, so good that you're thinking about it. If you want, I can try to take some better pics of mine and send them. Today is the first day they are less swollen, and actually look a little small! I don't mind though. I won't be noticed for my wonderful giant boobs, but I know I'll be able to exercise effectively.
Anyway, Dr. S does go a little large if you just state cup size. Make sure you depend on the sizers that he'll use with you during your marking session.
Honestly, the under the muscle looks so much more natural because you just don't get that round edge at the top where the chest meets the breast. However there are many good reasons to go over vs. under. The ONLY reason I want to go under is the more natural look. But I've talked to many guys about fake boobs and they don't mind them don't care one way or the other boobs are boobs to them.
Under is apparently a much harder procedure both for the surgeon and for the recovering patient. I did read about a split muscle procedure (not to be confused with the partial under) that sounds like a great compromise but i think it is fairly new.
Thanks for the heads up re: sizing. I think all docs like to go larger, I've had several friends who were talked in to larger than they originally wanted and were sorry. I'm gonna be firm. I may even chicken out on the BA all together.
I also had a really good 1st interview for a job I'd really like today, they are going to decide who to bring in for face to face 2nd interviews next week so it sounds like they want to fill the position quickly. If I'm lucky enough to get the job I suspect they may want a Jan 1 start date which would mean no PS for me for a long time.
We will see.

I asked him about over vs. under the muscle. It has to do with how much actual tissue you have. If you have empty, deflated sacks, then you go under...if you have some fleshy tissue left (at least an inch) you go over. I am happy with my over muscle bewbies...they are firm, perky and look natural enough!
Do voice your concerns but try to trust his instincts...he is usually spot-on!
