Thanks Martha...maybe I will reconsider having it snipped off.  Just seems to me that it would hurt like hell to have it done...dont know, havent heard from anyone that has had that done!  Are you loving your new breasts???

Kim,

Before my PS mine was always present standing or sitting, I had no breast tissue so there it was in all it's glory. I asked Dr.S if he would get ri of it and he laughed and said NO...after my BL/BA  it's gone....even if I try to find it I can't.

Good luck with whatever you choose...but it might be like mine and just go back into hiding.

thanks Deb...not sure what Im going to do..Im just afraid if I have it done (Ive actually had two PS's tell me that would snip it off...ugg) that it will hurt like hell afterwards....i will probably just keep it and hopefully after my BA it wont be noticeable.

All I could think to say is "Ouch!!".  That's gotta hurt.

What about diminished protection?  It's there for a reason. How much would be cut off?

It doesnt really serve an important purpose and he would just snip off the end of it, the part that protrudes out the most..yeah, im thinking it will hurt like hell!!
