No 'muscle tightening'? I thought that was the reason for a tummy tuck. WOuld you mind explaining the type of surgery.

What I had was skin and some fat removed above and below the belly button. He then replaced my bb where it should be. Some refer to it as a mini TT, others an extended panniculectomy. I wasn't specific in the OP I guess.
