Back Fat Removal Cost

My insurance has agreed to pay for an arm lift.  I know they will not pay for the removal of back fat because the arm lift was approved only after an appeal.  I am trying to lose 40 pounds before proceeding.  Does any one know the cost of back fat removal because I will have to cash pay for this.  I want it done the same time as the arm lift.

That really varies, but you'll probably be looking at another $2000 unless you have a nice surgeon :)
