36 hours and counting.....
until I go in for my Tummy Tuck. I don't know why I am a little nervous about this one. I looked forward to the RNY (10/08), was excited about the BA (09/09) and didn't think twice about the gallbladder removal (11/09).
I think I am afraid of the big incision involved with this surgery. I have healed really well from all the others and can't even find the lap RNY scars. Well, tomorrow is a busy day, so maybe it will go by quickly

I am going to be VERY nervous when it comes to be my time. I know its a very emotional issue, moreso than being physical at times. Yes, we want our skin issues cleared up, but when I stopped and looked at it - its really an elective surgery.
I still can see my lap incisions - and they didn't heal as well as previous scars. That worries me a little. I really don't want a lot of ugly scars, but its scars or skin - hmmm.... decisions, decisions!
I know all will go well for you - please keep us updated with your progress!

Hi!
I found it much easier than I had expected. I had built it up as a big awful thing in my head and it really has not been bad at all. I'll be three months out on Dec 2nd. And one that day I'm having the rest of my LBL (the back stuff....,butt lift and outer thighs). I'm going to go shopping tomorrow to keep myself busy... and distracted
