If you are willing to come to Greenville, I'd recommend my PS, Dr. Lynne Garrison with Greenville Plastic Surgery.  I had a LBL last Tuesday and I'm doing wonderful.  Love the early results!

If you don't minding driving to Charlotte Dr. Eaves with Charlotte Plastic Surgery does free body contouring seminars ever month or so.  They include a free consult.  He specializes in PS after massive weight loss.
