Tomorrow this time I'll be in la la land...

Hi everyone,

I am scheduled for my LBL tomorrow morning here in Greenville, NC.  I'm ready to just get it over with and start the process of recovering.  I wanted to thank all of you who have been so kind to share your experiences and photos.  I would say you'll never know what that has meant to me, but I suspect you felt the same way when you were in my shoes. 

My daughter came last night and took my "before" pictures and measurements.  I have to say that when I looked at those pictures on my computer, I really saw why I need this surgery.  You know, you just don't see yourself in the mirror the same as other people or the camera sees you. 

Please say a prayer for me in the morning!

I will say that prayer now, so I don't forget in the morning!  I'll pray that you get a good night's rest and you wake to a new day!  I'll pray for a safe and successful surgery and that your pain will be manageable.

Good luck tomorrow!!!  Have a safe surgery and a good recovery.  You're going to be even more surprised when you compare those before pics to the after pics!  You're right - you don't see yourself like the camera does or other people.  Of course other people who keep saying "you look amazing" don't see what you know is under the clothes!  But now you'll be knowing how hot you look even under the clothes once you're healed.
