Post Op Pics

Since I searched these boards night and day for weeks trying to see other people's post op pictures, I feel it is my duty to share some of my own.  I am post op 3.5 weeks from an abdominoplasty and bilateral brachioplasty. There is a public album on my profile now with pics of my progress.  I haven't put up preop ones yet, as I totally forgot to take them, but I'm going to snag the one's my surgeon took at my next followup visit and add them as well!  I'm very happy with my results.  Ready to be drain free and quite ready to stop swelling :P, but I'm still thrilled.

I think you look really great!  Your arms look wonderful.  I was surprised how light the vertical scar on your tummy looks too!

Thanks for sharing your pics.  I can see why you're thrilled - you look really terrific - your scars on your tummy are looking really good, too!  You're right on the pics of the arms, I couldn't find the scars to look at - they're very well done!

Thanks so much for all kind comments everyone!  I too hope I heal quickly!  I'm going back to work this Monday..and I'm sure that's when I'll start to learn my limits! :)  And just to give my incredible surgeon her due..my new tummy and arms are courtesy of the lovely, talented Dr. Sarah Troxel here in Anchorage, Alaska. :)
