Denied by insurance Blue Cross, can anyone help?

I was denied by BC Fed recently and had to appeal.  We won our appeal and I  just had my tt last weel.  You need to find out exactly what the requirements are for your type of BC. then follow those as closely as possible.  Send them as many documentations as possible; like dr. reports of rashes.
prescriptions, etc. We took close up pics(very graphic) of my panni and rashes.  Read their denial letter closely as it should give you some real clues what they need.
