So when you use your 401k, you get the interest back in your 401k account? I didn't realize that! My interest would only be 4.25% compared to the CC rate I am going to be using.

Yes, you are paying yourself interest. The downfall is that usually, the amount you borrow is not available as investment, so any potential gains you would have earned on the amount you borrow are given up.
Considering the state of the stock market, I think a loan form a 401k is still better than the interest rates you would pay on a credit card, unless you have the ability to pay off the card quickly.
