The best advice I think I can give you is to really baby yourself, allow your body to heal, do not do too much too quick. I really didn't do much, never had any problems with the suture lines splitting or anything like that.....Enjoy the time off from the rat race and don't rush the healing process. Best of luck!!!

Hi There I am one week from TT too... I am starting to become apprehensive right now.. I am wondering if this is normal.. My head keeps saying What the hell are you doing your 54 years old your out of control , y our becoming to fixated on plastic surgery.. but then another part of me says why not you deserve this go for it.. Im so confused
Its probably my nerves getting the better part of me.. I am so thankful for this board Its all I got !

How cool is that! I'm 57 and have wondered the same thing. But, I have so much skin that I will never be happy about how I look in clothes or how they fit me now. I have the muffin extrodinaire going on, and I just know I've got a six pack under here somewhere! More will be revealed..
