How did you pay Dr. S?

Can you use credit card?  Do you make a deposit?  How much?

I took a cashiers check made out directly to him.  You can pay with credit card, but I believe there is a 4% fee to cover the cost of processing it.  You can also carry cash or pay by wire transfer.

I plan on using a credit card. I wasn't aware there was a fee however. I would never carry that much cash!!

I did cash--lots of it--when I went to Rio, but I don't really want to worry about it again.  Cashiers check sounds like a good idea.  If I ever decide if I'm having lg volume lipe, I'll ask Dr. S how I should handle it.
