Holy cow!  You don't even look like the same person ... only you DO look like yourself! or something like that, HA!  Your surgeon is an artist.  Congratulations!

WOW WOW WOW! You look amazing! I can't believe how much younger you look and so refreshed. Your results really make me want to have face work done. Sorry to hear about the thyroid. I hope your treatments are successful and you can avoid another surgery.

Twenty years younger!  Congratulations on the facelift - your surgeon did an amazing job.  Also, good luck with the thyroid.  Whatever the treatment plan, I'm sure everything will work out great.
