This post is so confusing lol.

Stop drinking alcohol, start drinking protein? Seems simple enough.

Yes your right haven't been to TGIF lately and decided if I want a acoholic beverage it will only be on the weekend and I will limit it only to two drinks. no more during the week. I never was a drinker until after I had the gastric bypass surgery... because I don't eat it gives me an appetite. and i guess it became a habit  I'm trying my best to get back on my protein and vitamins.

I find when I drink I eat mindlessly - I also have given it up because I know it has stopped me from losing weight.  I'll still have the occasional drink out- but at home now - NOTHING!

Drink the protein drinks (I've added in 2 instead of the wine) - hang tough!
