OMG! It's my turn! I've been following everyone over the last week via my phone, but I haven't been able to respond. Anyway, I leave on Thursday for my surgery with Dr. S. I'm having TT, BL, BA, AL, and lipo- areas yet to be determined.

I'm scared...but excited...but scared!! What if I get alien boobs? What if I am a wussy wuss and die from the pain?? (Exageration of course!)

Anyway, just wanted to share my nerves, and say: hope you're doing well Fabby, and I'll see you very shortly Teri!!!!

Any words of wisom??

Katie:

How exciting!!  Hope everything goes smoothly for you.

I see your having BL/BA.  Are you having breast implants?  If so, did you decide on a cup size before surgery?  How did you decide?

Thanks

Hi Lin!

I am having breast implants. When I first started researching, I didn't want them. No one in my area (PA) gets them, so its an alien though. Over time though, I dropped ALL the weight I was losing in my boobs. When they do the lift, they have to take tissue out, so they said the best I could be would be a small B, and that was very optomistic.

I don't know the CCs yet, but I want to be a good C- nothing larger. I look fat when I have big boobs, I exercise a lot, and I'm afraid they would sag. I think if a good set of Cs can stand on their own, they can still be impressive. LOL!

I don't know yet, but I think the implants will be about 300 ccs.

Kat

I was w/ you on the boobs, after the lift probably be a small B but wanted to be a full C in the end. My Dr. went w/ 234 CC's and they are perfect C. I don't think I'm really swollen adn tried on some bra's that I had prior to surgery that were C's (too big) and they fit perfectly. He had one other that was slightly larger that he tried and thought it was just too big.

Good luck w/ your surgery. You'll love your new boobs, I know I do.

I know!! I think the boobs will be my very favorite part. I hate not being able to wear normal bathing suits, bras, etc, not to mention, I would be naked in front of anyone for a million dollars right now...okay well, maybe for a million, because then I would run off with the money and have a ton of PS!

Your breasts look great and are a perfect size! When did you have them done?

The amount of cc's is not something you usually decide on yourself, you can tell him what size you would like to be but the cc's depend on the amount of skin removed & the amount of tissue remainingso the PS generally advises you on that.

Agreed Fab. I went to two local surgeons, and I got the fitting at one of them. It was very brief so I didn't experiment much. He estimated that with tissue loss, I would need about 340 ccs, but he was using low profile implants. Because Dr. S uses high profile, I'll need less cc's to get projection, so I estimate 300. We shall see!!!...Very shortly! What did you get?
