Dr. Quiroz (CosMed) update and my recovery...

Hi everyone!

Just wanting everyone to know my surgery last Wednesday went quite well! I'm VERY pleased with the results... Dr. Quiroz gave me a "reverse" abdominoplasty, a new belly button "sweet", and a quick fix to my hip.

I haven't been able to sleep well as I'm not a back sleeper... I did take two Tylenol PM last night and feel so much better with deep sleep! Yeah!

I know I'm going to be VERY pleased with the final results. I'm healing so much better and faster than with that whole body-lift ordeal with breast-lift and augmentation. My swelling and pain is just a fraction from my previous surgery. Just need to lay low which is so hard for me.

Anyway, wanted to share what I was up to. I've become a lurker from time to time... happy to see some old and new faces!!!

Congratualtions Kim.  I'm glad that this surgery went so well! 

Can I ask what you weren't happy with from your last surgery?

I had lost 190 lbs... this was considered a fix... no cost from my surgeon... I should have done it sooner...

I was so large in the middle sagging girls, an extra large roll and a bigger tummy roll. The skin did have the anchor which was wonderful... only lifting up of the skin completed it. I wasn't not happy... this just refined a major surgery. There is so much swelling involved from a big overhaul. It takes a full year to really see everything settle. The doctor went above and beyond...

Congraulations on your successful surgery!   Tylenol PM is my friend too, and I am still using it 4 weeks post op!  Laying low has been hard for me too, but my husband is really trying to make me rest.

I'm fairly new on here and don't know your story. What is a reverse tt and what happened that you needed that?? Who did your original work?? Thanks for the info.
