Mine does not have the butt cut out, but I read some message boards about what to do if it was.  I read that girls were putting a sanitary pad on the thong part to cushion your tail bone.

Thanks tried that but still opened up incision in the front.  Going to get another binder.  Because mine tried to KILL me LOL
