YEAH! I made it to Monterrey!

Teri, I understand about not telling your mother.  I don't think I will tell many people. Even my daughters - they are doing their best to be supportive but I can tell they aren't exactly happy.  I tend to discuss it with all of you on OH because we all  are going through the same things together.  Good luck with your surgery.  I can't wait to get to Monterrey myself!

Thanks for understanding as only one who is there, can. When are you coming to Monterrey?
Any chance our paths will cross? I will be there 11/8 to 11/21. I will see Fab there and KatieKat will be coming a few days after my surgery. I think there is another lady, but ah...I'm almost a senior citizen and forgot who...yeah, thats the ticket...getting old and forgetful!!

Good luck with YOUR plans, too. The body work is the final chapter in the saga of the large lady. How sweet an ending! Hooray for US!!

I'm not going until after the beginning of the year - I won't have the funds until then. So I'll be hanging on the Plastic Surgery board to cheer everyone else on!   I am so excited for everyone when they have their plastics done - I feel like our journey is only halfway done until we get that done. 

I bet you are so excited!! 

I sure am....and I am happy for you too. I agree about the journey only being halfway til the ps is done.

I am so excited for you.  I have a couple months to go.  Best of luck tomorrow, take your pain meds regularly, and update us when you can. 

Fabs, I am so glad you made it safely and your time is almost here!  Dr S and his wife will take great care of you tomorrow, and please tell Esmerelda and Patty that I said hello!

Ask Dr S to send us me email and let us know when you are out of surgery and everything went well.  Praying for you tomorrow!

You only ended up one month late after all that happened !!   I can almost say that even thru Hell and high water you made down there !!

Can't tell you how sad it made to find out you were not going to make it  -- but I am SO glad it work out the way it did !!  Now all you have to do is relax after to tomorrow and take it easy !!  

Here is to a smooth surgery and a speedy recovery !!

I'm so excited for you! And a little jealous, too. It must be so amazing to know that by this time tomorrow...you will be a different woman! And those photos are going to be priceless in a few months when you are healed and looking fabulous!

I just received my quote on Saturday from Dr. Sauceda for an anchor tt, bl/ba, and sm. thigh lift. He even offered me a preliminary date of Nov. 18. But I can't find childcare by then, nor will I be able to miss that much school. Also I need to iron out specefics regarding the type of breast incisions. But, I'm hoping to be right there, where you are, mid-late Dec.
