What are you doing to prep for your upcoming surgery

It's only about 200 calories for the 2 extra drinks which gets me 50 protein grams so I don't really worry about it.  I know it makes me feel full so I end up eating a smaller dinner...instead of 1/2 cup of bulgur with dinner I might have 1/4 cup.  I don't go crazy with it.....

Dr S told me the same, double up on the protein.

And the exercise helps your body in general as far as recovery and your body being in better shape. it least I'll say it made a difference for me I believe.

Any particular exercises that would aid the outcome/recovery?  My surgeon said I was already in great shape but there is always room for improvement.

For me I stepped up my cardio a bit. But the strength training is what helped me to be able to get around and take care of myself well.

If you are already in good shape I say keep on doing what you are doing.
