Opinion?????????

For all of you whom had tt with lipo which would you say hurt the worst. For me it was the lipo. I could deal with the tt but that lipo really kicked my butt. Some days my sides still hurt and I'm almost 2 month post-op.

How about you? What has your experience been like?

I did not have lipo done with my TT....BUT....I did have an arm lift and then had lipo on the arms and the lipo was worse!  As I just told Cass, the Lipo on my arms and the recovery from that was far worse than any other plastic surgery I've had to date, including being much worse than my tummy tuck!  My arms still are healing, there is still some pain (not as bad as before but still there) and it's been 4 months since my lipo.  It took at least 3 months till I really noticed the swelling going down.   I just think lipo does so much damage under the skin that it takes a long time to heal. 

Hang in there...it will get better but it does take time.

I've had three previous rounds of surgery:  LBL followed by arms and boobs and then a facelift last year.  Last Monday I had body contouring lipo - braline, flanks and knees - it has totally kicked my butt.  The other stuff was easy compared to this last round, which I thought would be the easy one.  I feel like I've been run over by a truck, have been very swollen and dehydrated at the same time (how can that be?) and very weak.  On Saturday night, just getting up to hand out candy was a major undertaking - this from someone who runs three miles every morning in under 30 minutes.  

On the bright side, the results are spectacular.  Glad this final round is behind me.  Good luck with your healing.

3 miles in 30 min. You go girl. I know plastic surgeries are very painfull but you look wonderful and I know you will agree with me when I say all the pain is worth it once you see the changes in your body.

WOW!  I just checked out your photos - you look amazing!  Such a tiny waist - I envy you! 

I had lipo w/ my thigh lift and LBL - WTF Batman - the lipo was way  worse than the rest. Something is truely wrong with that!  UGH!

I know! right Cass. How can lipo hurt worse than getting muscles cut, skin cut, and then stitched back up? I dunno but I will think twice about getting lipo anywhere else on my body.

This makes me wonder if I had any lipo at all LOL. I had a belt lift about 15 months ago and lipo on my outer thighs. I had no pain or bruising and my thighs look no different :(  I did have some swelling in them though... weird    Brandi
