Pain at incision sight

Have anyone experienced a tingle *****ing needle feeling at the incision sight.  I can't really explain the pain, but it's like a needle is sticking me on the inside of incision on the left side.  I felt it before and it usually goes away, but lately it's becoming more bothersome.  I thought it might be an inside stitch trying to come out but there is no open wound. 

Have anyone experience this pain before after a tummy tuck?  I am almost 10 weeks post-op.

Sorry I have not experienced this but I have always heard if you have pain at the incision site you should contact your surgeon....  Don't suffer in silence....if it really hurts cal the surgeon.

Yup, I too have the same feeling on the left side. I can actually feel the stitch. My wound is not open either but I can it. Some days it really hurts and I will put a bandaid over it because my binder rubs against it.  I am 8 weeks out and have a Dr appt on this Thursday. I will post and let you know what my ps says and how long this is going to last.

Thank you for responding, I look forward to hearing what your doctor say.  I have an appointment with my doctor on 11/17, I'm trying to wait until then since I just went back to work 2 weeks ago.

I hate to tell you - but i'm almost 5 months out and I still have pain like that on each hip.  I still can't sneeze or cough without pain either....this is a long healing process...but well worth it :)
