December 8th!!!!  I am so excited.  I am going to keep working out so heart and body are in the best shape they can be in before my surgery.

The consult from my PS was Thursday and she came highly recommended from my bariatric surgeron and two friends.   She was very honest and expressed realistic outcomes that I can expect.

Leslie,

I am sooooooooooooo HAPPY for you, thrilled actually! You have so much to be proud of and have accomplished so much, and inspired so many! To me, PS would be like the final reward for sticking to the plan, following the rules, all an incredible reward for all the hard work coming to fruition! Whoo-hoo! Nancy

Thank you Nancy!!!!  You look at it the same way I am looking at it.  I was surprised I was a canidate for the TT because I haven't had kids but I want to have them soon.  After talking to me, she said I have a feeling if you don't do this now you may wait until after your kids are in college...and she hit the nail on the head.   I am excited and nervous, but more excited right now.

Leslie,
Are you having them at the same time?  My tt was ok to recover from but I've had a LOT of plastics and can't imagine tummy and arms at the same time.  You will not be able to use your "tummy" or arms to stand up.  My arms were the "least comfortable" recovery.
I've had TT, Breast lift, Implants, Medial Thighs, arms, and axilla repair.

I am having them done at the same time and I asked my PS the same question...she did say the first few weeks will be rough, and I will need to use my legs to stand up or sit down.   I am not expecting it to be easy, but I am looking forward to the final outcome.

I did a "threefer"-- arms, boobs and abdomen all at once-- it was a hell recovery but I am glad to have 'em all behind me. Grit your teeth and remind yourself hourly that there are better days ahead!
