I am in the process of researching surgeons and have come across Dr Cardenas in Monterrey, MX. I was wondering if anyone from here has any information about him. I am leaning toward Dr. Sauceda, but I want to make sure I do my due diligence. I am also checking with some local Plastic Surgeons and the Dallas Residency program.
