What size are your implants?

The responses to this question will be as varied as the people giving them.

It all depends on how much of your own tissue will remain along with the implants.

I have 300CC medium profile silicone.  I was a 38DD before and a 38D after. 

I worried after reading on the board how many people  that end up as D or DD have 400+cc implants.  When the PC told me I'd end up with 300 to 350 depending on how they looked on the operating table I literally pouted thinking I'd end up little.

Glad I trusted him.. they're just fine.

does whether the implants are on top or under the muscle effect the eventual size too?  anybody know?

I am 5'2" and after my LBL wear a size 4 pants.  I have Allergan silicon mod+ 450's.  My cup size per-aug was 36B (very deflated).  I am now a 32G.  Sounds huge, but if you look on my profile I have a pic of them in clothes.  I don't think they are too big for me

I would agree April. They DO NOT look too big  ! Looking at your pics, I think it goes back to what I was saying earlier. You look like you have broad shoulders, which make a bigger size look ok. I think that is why I can't imagine being any smaller than the DD I am now. I just want the fullness back!

I think you are right about my shoulders too.  My PS took 450's and 500's into the operating room and decided the 450's were better for my frame ( I would have been ok with it ).  Also, it can take up to 6 months to get final results.  At 1 month out I was a 38DD..then when all the swelling went down and the implants began to settle..the size changed.  I had to keep buying bras because I went from the 38DD(E) to 36DDD(F), to 34F, to 32G.

I am currently about a 36 D when they are rolled into a bra.  I am having a breast lift in December and I have finally accepted the fact that I will most likely have implants.  I have a large frame.  I was a 42 H before RNY.  I was a 36 C when I got married in 1986.  I would really like to remain a D cup.  I want to be able to buy pretty bras and reasonable prices and not have to pay $150 per bra because of size.  I am going to leave it up to Dr. S. to decide the size and shape of my implants.  I am getting so tired of looking at breast lift before and after pics.   argh  lol

 Me TOO!! My DH justs asked me if I was having a change in sexual preference because I am constantly looking at boobs!!!I will be SOO glad when they are done!

So thanks to everyone for providing feedback.  I basically figured that my implant size would depend on my lack of tissue (I have hardly any left, its bad.)

Countdown is on till surgery 11 days.  I am so excited and scared its ridiculous. ;)

No doubt!  On nights when I wasn't looking at boobs, DH would say, "Aren't you going to do research?"...riiiight

lol  research.   argh, it is so frustrating.  Some websites don't tell you the age of the patient or the size of implant.  I have been searching for someone close to my size so I could get some sort of idea.  I have problems picturing things before they are done (like house renos etc) and I am no different with this surgery.  Looking at my boobs this morning, I have come the conclusion that they are to small.  I have to wait 7 more weeks.  OMG..  is it December yet??  lol
