Will a TT give ANY relief to my inner thighs?

It is my understanding ( I'm not an expert lol) that lipo on areas of skin that are loose and  have been stretched out with weight gain/loss , are not good candidates for lipo, as it will create a "cottage cheese" look and that the skin, being damaged from the stretching does not have the elasticity to tighten after having  lipo done. So, I think your doctor can judge your skin condition and recommend the best thing for you. One of the plastic surgeons I saw wanted to do a tt and lipo in my flank, hip area. The surgeon I chose, did a LBL and told me that doing lipo in the flank/hip area would just cause that cottage cheesy look.....Best of luck as you are making decisions for your new body!!! P.S. It doesn't sound like you are too loose....
