tummy surgery without TT

I am scheduled to have the lower skin removed but not any muscles cut.  Has anyone had this done?  I am not looking for a super flat stomach but just to get rid of the second butt thing.  The doc said he could do it.  I would only be in surgery for 1.5 hours and the recovery was suppose to be much easier.  My stomach above my belly button is quite flat now due to exercising for two years so I won't have a muffin top with jeans. 

What do you think?

Sounds like a panniculectomy (sp?) I have heard that people can be very satisfied with the results.  It sounds like you know what to expect from it and thats a big part of it.  Good luck ;)
