TT ? regarding "dimple" mid torso

   I'm currently looking into plastics and have a consult next week regarding a TT. For lack of a better term (and it sounds cuter, but isn't) I have a "dimple" or crease about an inch below my rib cage in the middle. Did anyone have this preTT ? If so, did the TT rectify this? Was there something special done to correct this? The skin folds to the point that the skin within the dimple gets dry.
   Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to know what to ask when I go in next week.

By the time I hit goal I had a crease running straight down my middle from just under my breast to my belly button.

My surgeon recommended doing the Anchor Cut TT to fix it.  I had my surgery done 7 weeks ago and I'm thrilled with the results!!!
