Anthem Blue Cross and Lower Body Lift...who's had it?

Hello! So, I had a consult today for a lower body lift (I know it goes by many names), and I tried to do a search here for info but of course the search feature is just SO great....
So here's me posting what I'm sure is a repeat question : )

Anyone have Anthem Blue Cross, and applied for a lower body lift? Did you get denied? Did you get approved? And if so, after how many tries? Also, what was your "need" level. Did you have a level 1 panni or more? Or LESS? Did you have rashes or anything documented?

I was denied three times by them and appealed.  Each time.  I was finally approved for the abdominoplasty portion of the LBL.  I used the documents from the PS and my WL surgeon.  I had a huge pannus that when to the thighs.  Good luck!
