I have a new job and need to pick one........Kaiser Permanente or Health Management Associates(HMA)??? I'm so confused!!! Been reading and reading and reading..............can't decide!!

What have your experiences been with these coverages?

Lap Band

Everyone's plan is different. It all depends on the coverage that your employer pays for. One person's coverage may cover limited plastics while anothers may have a complete exclusion for all plastic surgery. The best thing to do is to call each of these medical insurance companies and give them your employer's name and ask them specifically what is covered and what is excluded. It doesn't matter what problems you have related to your excess skin IF plastics is totally excluded. I have United Healthcare. A friend of mine was totally covered for her TT, but my plan has absolutely no plastics coverage.
