Anyone from the UK had surgery on the NHS?

I went to my GP today to ask if this is possible.  The last years has been a whirlwind, with my husband leaving and his parade of girlfriends. I am in a new relationship with a wonderful (and sexy) man but the extra skin, lack of boobs and sagging thighs....are not good for my self steem.  I am also receiving counseling for the domestic violence that I put up with for so long.

My GP did a very quick search and said I defenitely qualified for a tummy tuck.  But to be honest, I really want the boobs and thighs done too!  I feel terrible asking for them....but then....I have paid very handsome taxes so a part of me tells me that this is what the system is for, I went private for my band.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

Thanks

I would go for the tummy tuck if your qualified... then save up for the other procedures..
I am qualified for panni removal but my surgeon only does anchor cut tummy tuck and its 3500 out of pocket...so Ihave been putting in lots of overtime and saving for this event.. Just don't give up if this is something you want..you will get it eventually...

Good Luck
Natalie
