Arm Lift Questions
I had an arm lift on a Friday and by the following Wednesday I was able to drive.
My pain was managed by 2 doses of Tylenol, nothing more. It took some time to get used to sleeping on my back , but that was the biggest issue I encountered. I did have someone with me through the weekend but by Monday i was able to stay by myself. I forced myself to get up , walk around and keep stimulated it helped me the first few days.
I love , love, love my arms and spent this past summer in tank tops for the first time in my adult life. I would not change it for the world! Good Luck to you.
