Anyone seen Chickster??

Jess told me that Debbie updated her profile, and since she is just a few days post-op, I would love to hear, firsthand, how she is doing.

Problem is...I cant remember her whole username. It is chickster(with numbers or something) and I dont know what the rest is.

Can anyone help? I did do a search using Chickster, but didnt have any luck. There was a reference to her from someone else, but not her username in full.

After all that, I found her profile and there was no update. Darn it. I was hoping to hear from her that she is fine and dandy. But I have heard, since posting this question, from Jess that Debbie is just fine and resting.

Glad they are coming along so well. It looks like Jess WILL be going home early, if I read her info correctly....she planned on a several extra days to allow for a more comfortable (long) flight back to Hawaii but is doing so incredibly well, Dr S didnt think it was necessary.

Some hassles with the airlines made it look unlikely she could do it at first, but I just read her blog and it does look good for a Sunday return. Good for her. I am so sure she misses her little ones like crazy. And Jeremy too, but those little ones...oh, that is hard!!

Both are doing good. Jessica has not made it up yet but remember her normal time zone is like 5 hours behind here . Debbie and myself have already been up and had a little breakfast . I went with her to the store yesterday to get some supplies so after that I think she rested most of the day .  She should be on here today sometime . And yes I know she has taken  the pictures but just may not have uploaded them yet .

Thanks for the update. How is YOUR recovery coming along. Last I heard, not too bad, which is good news.

What kind of store is that HEB? Grocery? Is that the place where those international calling cards can be purchased? Gotta make sure I know where to get one.

Have you ventured out into Monterrey in general to see the sights? It seems like a nice city from all that I have heard so far. Guess I will find out soon enough.

Hi Deb...I just saw your pics. You look wonderful and must be so thrilled. But will be moreso in a few months.

Glad you are doing well. Fatigue will prolly last a good while, as you heal. Listen to your body and rest ASAP. If you overdo, you just might regret it.

Seems like I am getting better by the day . HEB is a big grocery store with a mini dept. store all in one. Not as big as like a Super - Walmart but pretty close.  It also has a bakery and a deli in it that has really come in handy . Plus upstairs there is a food court with about 10 different places to eat. McDonald's , about 5 different kinds of Mexican places , a fish place and a Chinese place too. I can't remember what the others are . 

And yes you can get the calling call from the HEB or if you stop by one of XOXO stores (kind of like a &-Eleven down here ) I know they have them also. 

I have not got out past the HEB except to go back to the clinic a few times to vivst the ladies before they made it to the hotel . If I still feel this good this afternoon I might just go ask if I can ride with the shuttle bus driver for a while where I can look around .
