The post asking for money for boob...

I think I saw it as soon as it was posted....and it didnt last too long. I went back just a little while later and it was gone!!

I reported it to the mods as soon as I saw it.  My feeling was it was another scammer trying to get money out of trusting people.  Like Cheri did, I have been around long enough to see Cheri and what is that other crazy ladies name who scammed hard working people out of money and things. 

 I am in the same class of the majority of posters - I work hard for my money and squeeze pennies.  I went self pay for my surgery because I did not want an RNY.  It took me a year, but I have paid off my surgery and am now saving for Plastics.  I know times are tough, but if you want something bad enough you can find a way, without taking advantage. 

I wanted to delete it and tear the poster a new one, but just mommy buttoned it.

Glad you did, Didi!  That just made me feel really skeeved out. What was the deal with Cheri and the other (was it stalkerval?) Wht did they do??

Andrea who posts on Rants and Raves related the Cheri story recently.  This Cheri person put out that she had cancer and got lots of folks to send her money.  She is now in jail, she did a lot of stuff - like shave her head to get lots of money by fraud.  I think Cheri was all over the Internet and I think she ended up getting like 5 years in prison for her crime. 

StalkerVal is always at deaths door - she got someone to give her a laptop and some folks took her a bunch of stuff.  But she is just totally off and recently started another she was dying post and the folks called her out about what she already begged from folks.  Her reply was she did not really want it anyway.  She first tried to deny she got anything and the folks that took her stuff produced the pictures of her opening the presents, so she replied something like I never really wanted any of that stuff anyway. 

This is much abbreviated, the posts went on for pages and pages.

Wow...who knew?? I have always found, for the most part...this is a site of wonderful people who offer insights, support, love and friendship. I guess there is always gonna be a few thorns among the roses. How sad for these pathetic people!!
