What is the benefit of the binder?

I still wear it & I will wear until I am 12 months out, I am 10 months out now, you have to find one that you like  mine came from Marena group

I came out of surgery with mine on.  Not only does it help keep the swelling down it also helps with healing and shaping.  My dr wanted me to wear it for 6 weeks at least and longer if possible.  I am 4 months out and I still wear it and plan to for a while longer.  I have noticed that I swell pretty quickly when I keep it off for an extended period of time.
