You are so wrong, Tony!  I am not the one with the big head, and it doesn't take me 15 minutes to order my food!  I can get us by just fine with the knowledge and the flirting just fine! 

Congrats Soapy, Kat and Iamwiththeband --- I am also going to see Dr. S, but not til February 1, so I'll be looking for your updates.  I'm having the whole enchilada, so to speak, boob with augmentation, extended anchor TT, medial thigh and arms, but not the long cut I hope.  I am so jealous you are going so soon.  Best of luck.
